Woodbine Commercial was formed in 2020. Our core competency is supporting our industrial and office clients as they seek to manage their growth and solve their real estate needs. With a combined tenure of nearly 30 years between our founding principals, we are well equipped to support the growth of our clients through advisory services, such as leasing, tenant representation, and construction services.
In the past 45 years, Woodbine has developed several million square feet of office and industrial buildings throughout Texas and across the United States. Our office portfolio includes speculative developments and build-to-suit office buildings for corporations including BNSF Rail Company, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, The Meadows Foundation, and Hunt Oil Company (just to name a few). Additionally, Woodbine’s portfolio includes over 2,000 acres of master-planned industrial and office parks throughout North Texas. Whether it is a tenant finish project or corporate campus, Woodbine’s team has the experience to deliver on time and on budget.
In 2019, Woodbine ventured into office acquisitions after raising a discretionary fund with the objective to acquire long-term-hold, low-leverage, cash-flowing office assets throughout the Southwest. Key markets include Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Phoenix, and Los Angeles. Woodbine is currently deploying capital through our open-ended fund as a direct investor and with established best-in-class office and industrial partners.
In 2021, Woodbine saw the need for innovation within the office management space and began to draw on its hospitality development and management experience to identify opportunities where innovation in service delivery could transform the traditional office management model. As one of the hotel industry’s most respected hotel developers and investors, Woodbine is bringing hospitality design and management to the office world, a combination long overdue.
